Dr. Natalie Engelbrecht rp nd is a dually licensed registered psychotherapist and naturopathic doctor. She combines academia with her personal experience in working with autistic adults. Her focus on assessment, research, psychotherapy, and writing is to inform and improve the lives of autistic people around the world.
For over 25 years, Dr. Engelbrecht has been providing class-leading care with compassion, empathy, and respect to autistic people.
Dr. Engelbrecht has an extensive background in scientific academia, including an undergraduate degree from McMaster University and Masters in Psychology Science from Liverpool University, with a wide variety of therapeutic skills mastered during her Naturopathic Medicine studies at the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine.

Dr. Engelbrecht is a co-founder of Embrace Autism, a company whose advocacy and support enriches the lives of autistic people world-wide.

Dr. Engelbrecht is a graduate of the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine and has a Masters in Science – Applied Psychology from the University of Liverpool. She earned her Pre-med B.A. in Psychology at McMaster University.
